In this volume 2.2. "Areas of Expertise and Equipment Management”, we will develop each of the areas corresponding to those plots of the training that are designed and implemented (or at least coordinated) by the following specialists:
- The Goalkeeper Coach.
- The Physical Trainer.
- The psychologist.
- The person in charge of the Medicine area.
- The person in charge of the Equipment Management.
It is obvious, that for the coach and / or the Technical Director is not absolutely necessary to have in-depth knowledge of the effectively. However, it is necessary that the technician has basic knowledge that allows them to dialogue, agree and / or make the necessary proposals that the specialist believes necessary, so that the work in that area is adjusted to the needs of the group, to new proposals in relation to the game collective, and the general schedules planned for the team.
The contents of the different training areas of this volume have been developed by different "teachers" who, in addition to the knowledge exposed, have a baggage that we consider essential when these contents are fit the objectives that we have defined for this work. The teachers are:
- GOOLKEEPERS: ALFREDO RODRÍGUEZ RÍOS.
- PSYCHOLOGY - COACH: OLGA DONADEU PASTOR.
- TEAMS MANAGEMENT: ÓSCAR ROJALS RAVENTÓS.
