In this volume 3.1. "The Structures, the Organization and the Technical Team in a Education Process" are exposed and developed aspects that must be perfectly defined prior to training in order to optimally face a genuine Training Process:
The technical team (coaches). Need to know the appropriate characteristics and training that each E.T. member must have to effectively develop their specific tasks for which they are responsible (Technical Director, Technical Specialist Trainers, Collaborating Specialists, Delegates, etc.).
The Structures. This section details the systematization that must exist in an entity that develops a Formative Process, in order to be able to carry out all the activities envisaged, in relation to:
- The use, adequacy and use of available facilities (needs, practical examples, etc.).
- The organization of the entire structure (regulations, meetings, training, updates, attention to families, the Board of Directors, etc.).
- Administration and control of operation (work and activities fi chas, relationship with other entities, with the media, etc.).
The Players. This section sets out the objective criteria that allow all the activities in which players will be protagonists (their evolution and progression through the different phases and stages, their selection, the rules that they will have to meet, the trainings, the competition, or the social aspects), are perfectly designed to be able to obtain the results pursued with the Training Process.
Two important factors have been taken into account in the analysis of the aspects covered in this third volume:
- That the people involved in the process have all the specific information and details necessary for the proper functioning of the entity.
- That each of the aspects analyzed can be adapted to the different circumstances and means of each club.
